Raw Maple Cranberry Granola
Absolutely delicious, this grawnola really shines when served with berries and nutmilk for breakfast. It also makes a nutrition snack.
Inspired by a recipe of Elizabeth Joy de Raw Food Real World
Yields about 10 cups
1- 3 apples cored and chopped
1 1/2 cups date paste (dates soaked and then processed until smooth)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange zest (or ginger powder)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/2 apple, peeled and cored
1/2 cup orange juice
4 small dates, soaked
2 tbs raw honey, or to taste
2 cups buckwheat groats, soaked overnight*
1 cup dried coconut
Raw Mahnomin Porridge
A lot of really good ingredients, brilliantly mixed, resulting in a glorious way to start your day!
4 cups large coconut flakes
2 cups young coconut meat
3/4 cup young coconut water
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh blueberry
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup hazelnut, roughly chopped
