Raw Mahnomin Porridge
A lot of really good ingredients, brilliantly mixed, resulting in a glorious way to start your day!
4 cups large coconut flakes
2 cups young coconut meat
3/4 cup young coconut water
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh blueberry
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup hazelnut, roughly chopped
In a blender, put the meat and the water of a young coconut, as well as the vanilla and blend until creamy and smooth. Pour into bowl.
Add the hazelnuts, cranberries and large coconut flakes. Drizzle some maple syrup on top. Garnish with blueberries.
