Zucchini Hummus
Another recipe where the raw version tastes so much better than the cooked!

2 cups zucchini, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
juice of 1 1/2 lemon
3/4 cup ground sesame seeds
3/4 tsp sea salt
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
pepper, to taste
Blend all of the ingredients in food processor. Voilà!
A great variation: add red bell pepper and/or sundried tomatoes. Bright colour too!
