Creamy Garden Dill Dip
Great as a dip, sandwich spread, soup topping, or add more liquid for a wonderful dressing!

1 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh oregano
1tbsp white miso
1tsp fennel pollen or crushed fennel seeds
1 clove garlic
Sea salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste
Filtered water as needed
Add everything to blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Garnish with finely chopped herbs.
