Stroganov Chanterelles
A great classic of traditional cooked cuisine, revamped raw and living food style! And flavourfully so!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup dried chanterelle mushrooms (could be other dried mushrooms)- 3/4 cup pure water
Marinated Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups fresh chanterelles, sliced thin*- 1 tbsp shallot, minced
- 3/4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp truffle oil (optional, can be more olive oil or a nut oil)
- 3/4 tsp shoyu
- 1/2 garlic clove, central shoot taken out and crushed
* Can be portobellos, criminis, or any other mushroom, wild or otherwise.
Jalapeno Burgers

1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 cup walnuts, soaked
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked (reserve 1/8 cup soaking water)
1 tbsp shoyu
1 tsp hamburger seasonings (or seasoned salt)
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Marine Raw Winter Squash
1 medium winter squash*
1 tsp micro-algae (spirulina or other)
3 tbsp hemp oil (or other oil)
1/2 cup raisins (or dates)
juice of one lime or other citrus (orange, lemon, grapefruit)
1/4 tsp sea salt
Peel the squash. You can spiralize it, or grate it, or even julienne it. Put everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly (with hands for more fun!). Serve right away or let marinate a few hours.
With this one recipe, you can vary tastes almonst infinitely: different squash, oils, dried fruits, citrus... As I said... Tastebuds, experiment!!!!
